Lisa travelled from Dartford to Aurora Bride in Cheam for specialist Martina Liana Bridal Alterations Dartford before her destination wedding in Aurland, nestled amongst the spectacular Norwegian fjords. The dress featured intricate beaded lace, a heavily embellished hem and a fitted silhouette. It required careful contouring, internal support, bustle creation and specialist hem alterations to achieve the perfect fit.
The alterations included taking in the dress, adding internal cup support, contouring through the bodice and under-bust area. In addition it needed shortening the heavily beaded lace hem and creating a bustle to allow the bride to move comfortably throughout her wedding day. The result was a beautifully fitted Martina Liana gown that looked effortless against the dramatic Norwegian landscape.

By carefully positioning the bustle points, the train could be lifted when required whilst still maintaining the elegance of the gown.
